Road bikes and Cross bikes are available for rent at our company.
New model are being introduced rapidly.
*Due to the sequential replacement of bicyles, older model may be offered depending on availability (rates remain the same).
I. Regarding reservation

2.We would like you to fill in the application form at our shop before you rent the bike and please show us your passport or ID card. Payments must be prepaid.
Please note that we cannot refund any money after renting whatever the reason is.

3.Please return the bicycle to the shop where you borrowed the bicycle.

II. The Rental fee (tax included)
* Helmets, lights and locks are available for free.(All Bicycles)
* All our rental bicycles are equipped with a flat pedal as standard.We also welcome bringing your own pedals.Please leave the staff to install / remove your pedals.
* What is the price on the day?
During the business hours of each store, the same-day fee will be charged if the rental period exceeds 4 hours (and the bike must be returned 30 minutes prior to the store's closing time).
* If you use it for multiple days, the unit price per day will be cheaper.

III. Other option and accident insurance etc. usage fee?
1.Accident Insurance (For injuries of the user himself / herself)
200 yen / day (for 1 person)
◆In the case of death or when a sequelae remains, a maximum of 3 million yen will be paid.
◆The cost of hospitalization paid per day is 2,700 yen.
◆Outpatient expense per day went to the hospital is 1,690 yen.
* If you would like to get this insurance, you can apply for it before you pick up the bike.
* Those who get this insurance must wear helmets.
2.Tool Set (for repairing a flat tire)
(It means including Saddlebag, mobile tool, puncture repair patch, tire lever, portable pump)

3.Rear rack (Some models cannot be installed)

* The maximum loading capacity of cross bikes is less than 25kg.
* Please note that more than 10kg of loading becomes unstable when riding or stopping.

4.Rear Pannier Bag (need Rear rack)

5.Regarding collecting bike and delivery it (Up to six bicycles can be collected.Please note that you cannot designate the collection time of the bicycle.)

4,000 yen / per 1 bike (Southern area in OKINAWA, GINOWAN city to URUMA city, YOMITAN village)

10,000 yen / per 1 bike (OGIMI village, HIGASHI village, KUNIGAMI village)
* It is only a bicycle to collect with a truck, and you cannot be put on a truck.
IV. Precaution when you ride a bicycle in Okinawa
1.Please observe the Road Traffic Law and ride a bicycle safely. Excessive speed may cause accidents.Do not ride double. Do not ride a bike after drinking alcohol. Use bicycle lights at night. Do not ride side by side. Cyclist should ride on the left side of the road.
It is possible to ride on the sidewalk if you feel dangerous to drive on the road. Please do not forget to be given priority to a walkers on the sidewalk.
2.If you had an accident while renting the bikes, Bodily injury liability insurance is applicable. we cannot assume responsibility not covered by insurance. Liability insurance premiums are included in rental fee. In order for you to receive bodily injury liability insurance against your accident, we need a certificate by the police.
3.If you damage the bicycle or bicycle parts during rental, or if you lose the bicycle or stolen it, we ask you to pay damage costs etc. at actual expenses.
V. Regarding to troubles such as accidents
1.In case of bicycle breakdown or breakage, please contact us promptly. Since breakdown and damage are self-responsible, Please ride a bicycle safely.
2.In case of bicycle accident or bicycle stolen, please contact police and our shop promptly.
3.Since we cannot take responsibility for your accidents involving bicycles, So please be careful enough when you ride a bicycle.
Excessive speed often causes bicycle accidents.

Q1.Will you be able to arrange and adjust rental bicycle before we go cycling?
A1.Of course. We will prepare the bicycle of your size that fits your height and adjust it fully.
Q2.Do you have cycle wear and cycle gloves and sunglasses for rental?
A2.We are sorry, but we don't have them for rental. Please bring your own them. But we sell them.
Q3.Is it possible to rent binding pedals (like a SPD-SL) or shoes?
A3.We are sorry, but we don't have any pedals and shoes for rental. If you bring your own pedals, we can install it on the bike.
Q4.Do you have a basket or Child riding seat for bicycle? Can you install it on the bicycle?
A4.We are sorry, but we don’t have a basket or child riding seat for renal. Also we cannot install them on our rental bicycles.
Q5.This is my first time to ride a sport bike like a cross bike or a road bike. Is it possible to ride a sport bike?
A5.Don't worry about it. Our staff will let you know how to get on the bike or get off the bike and how to use the break, how to use speed change gear.
Q6.What kind of thing are the rental lights?
A6.Both front light (about 15 lumens / 400 candela) and rear light (about 10 lumens) are battery type. If you feel that the brightness of the light is no good, please bring your own light or purchase high brightness light at our shop.
Q7.What should I do if the light batteries run out while cycling?
A7.We are inspecting the brightness of the light when renting a bicycle. When the batteries of light are decreasing, we are exchanging with a new battery. If the light battery runs out while cycling, please buy a new dry battery at a convenience
store or a supermarket close to the place and replace it. (The charge for the battery at that time will be your responsibility.)
Q8.Is it possible for us to put the bicycle in my car?
A8.Our rental bicycle can be attached and detached easily with both front wheels and rear wheels. Therefore, it is possible to put a bicycle in the car. We will explain how to attach and detach the bicycle wheels. (* We cannot compensate for car dirt and scratches made when placing the bicycle on the car. We kindly ask for your understanding.)
* In addition, if you can contact us in advance, it is also possible to prepare cardboard for dirt / scratch reduction inside the car.
Q9.While cycling, I had a flat tire. What should I do?
A9.Regarding punctures and damage the bicycle while cycling, You need to repair the bike by yourself or you look for the another bicycle shop around there and have the bike repaired at the shop.
It is possible for you to take the on-site service or the bicycle collecting service. (But when you use this service, you need to pay the charge of this.)
Depending on the situation of our shop, the area where go, it takes time to arrive. and You may not be able to take our on-site service.
* If you return the rental bicycle in a punctured or broken condition, you will pay the repair fee.
